Meditating with Ashley, I had never meditated and was curious about what would happen.  I had no idea how to do it except that I needed to sit still and focus on breathing. It was ultimately, inaction and conscious breathing. Ashley helped me by doing my first meditation session with me. Although it is not complicated, it is nice to learn to meditate with someone in order to get confirmation when you get it and do it ‘well’. Also if you can do something better or questions. Ashley is very patient and with a bit of encouragement,  she gives you the confidence with something unknown which is an exciting experience that turns into an deeply helfpful experience.
